1. Steinway Boutique Manila can only hold your reservation 15 minutes before your booking time.
2. In the event that the cancellation of your reservation is SBM’s responsibility, your reservation will be re-scheduled on your next available preferred date.
3. Cancellation of the reservation during your reserved slot time can result to low priority booking.
4. All payments shall be settled before the use of the practice room. If you wish to extend your use on the day itself, it is possible but is subject to the availability of the studio.
Use of the Studio:
5. The client shall be responsible and will bear all costs for any form of damage to the piano and the premises. This is not limited to scratches, and broken keys.
6. Steinway Boutique Manila will not be responsible for any loss or damage of the client’s personal belongings.
7. Practice Studio by SBM may only be used for music-related activities such as rehearsals, lessons and master classes.
8. Strictly no food and drinks are allowed in the practice room.
